INTRODUCTION & TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION

SMALL SIZE PAPER

• There are two operation modes, counting paper mode and volume mode, which can be converted arbitrarily.

1. Single sheet mode: this mode is a simple counting function. If this mode is selected, the machine will not insert the label sub volume function.
2. Volume mode: set according to the number of copies you need, such as equal work order distribution and unequal grouping of examination papers.

• It is small and light. The working sound is below 60 dB. The paper counting speed is 1000 sheets per minute. The machine runs stably and counts accurately. The parameter setting and function display are all on the touch screen, the operation is simple, convenient and intuitive. Through the display of fault information on the console, we can know the cause of machine fault.

MEDIUM SIZE PAPER

• The machine is mainly characterized by modularization, advanced microcomputer cortrol system and unique mechanical design concept. The machine modularization is circuit, head, vacuum generator and frame. The machine runs stably and counts accurately. The parameter setting and function display are all on the touch screen, and the operation is simple, convenient and intuitive. It is bilingual in English and Chinese, which can be converted to facilitate use in different regions. The counting speed is fast, and the speed is 2000 sheets/min, which can be set arbitrarily. The counting speed can be displayed in realtime.
• There are four operation modes: counting paper mode, equal quantity mode, programming mode and comparison mode. These four modes can be corverted arbitrarily.

1. Counting paper mode: this mode is a simple counting function. If this mode is selected, the machine will not insert the sub volume function.
2. Programming mode: this mode is the function of unequal volumes that is the number of inserted and signed volumes of each volume is not equal. This cycle can be set (2-9 times) by setting a group (the number of volumes of 500 volumes can be set in each group).
3. Equal quantity mode: the quanty of each volume, the number of inserted labels and the total number of papers can be set arbitrarily on the touch screen and can be modified. The machine also has the functions of setting the initial parameters of the machine, such as label tape length, press board operation mode, data storage, high-speed and low-speed selection, etc.
4. Comparison mode: this function is used to check whether the quantity is correct. For example, if the input quantity is 100 sheets, the machine will automatically alarm if there are less than 100 sheets atter counting.

LARGE SIZE PAPER

• The machine is mainly characterized by modularization, advanced microcomputer control system and unique mechanical design concept. The machine modularization is circuit, head, vacuum generator and frame. The machine runs stably and counts accurately. The parameter setting and function display are all on the touch screen, and the operation is simple, convenient and intuitive. This machine is divided into three core modules: circuit, head and vacuum system. Easy maintenance because there is no need for door to door maintenance.
• Three operation modes:
