- The working tables are all chrome-plated and equipped with air balls which makes paper-pushing easily and rusty-proof.
- Ball lead screw and linear guide-rail makes paper impeller run smooth. With low noise and accurate positioning, enhancing the cutting precision and speed greatly, prolong the service lift of paper cutter.
- Safety device for knife bed, overloading protection for cutting, automatic return safety device.
- Imported hydraulic components are adopted in hydraulic system, the pressure can be adjusted. The paper is pressed twice by pressure-increased system.
- Uses 10 inch color touch LCD computer control system from Taiwan (15 inch for 1300mm), with a capacity of 1,000,000 programs and over 50 self-diagnosing functions:
- Self-diagnosis displays cause of problem and solution.
- The interface color can be changed at the operator’s discretion.
- All major languages are available at the touch of a button.
- Display precision is 0.01mm, the system’s mechanical accuracy is 0.01mm.
