INTRODUCTION & TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION

1. Equipment purpose The DX-700 & DX-1000 cross shaped double-sided slotting(grooving) machine is our company’s latest upgraded product which greatly improves product quality and production efficiency. It is suitable for high-end boutique top and bottom paper box packaging in industries such as jewelry boxes, gift boxes, mobile phone boxes, makeup boxes, pharmaceuticals, and daily necessities. This machine is specialized in opening V-slots for floor and ceiling covers. Adopting a new type of cardboard conveying mechanism, the minimum slot size is 130 x 130mm, the maximum slot size of DX-700 is 500 x 550mm, and the maximum slot size of DX-1000 is 650 x 920mm. This machine adopts the latest four corner waste cleaning function, which facilitates easy and safe operation by staff. This machine adopts a touch screen human-machine interface to achieve one-time completion of paper feeding, slotting and forming actions, realizing full process automation.
2. Structural characteristics

• Unidirectional correction can adjust the correction force according to the thickness and width of the paper;

• Computer controlled conveyor belt.
• Slotting effect, no burrs, no dust, smooth V-groove surface.
• In terms of production efficiency, DX-700 automatically feeds 80-100 meters of paper per minute; DX-1000 automatically feeds 50-100 meters of paper per minute.
• Waste cleaning function (only half a blade with four corner die-cutting can clean cutting can clean waste).
