INTRODUCTION & TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION

  1. This product adopts a PLC programmable control system and fully servo controlled transmission.
  2. Standard adhesive automatic detection system, with upper and lower drum type, evenly applying adhesive, better micro adjustment of adhesive size to save adhesive.
  3. If there are any problems during equipment production, an alarm prompt will be displayed on the screen, making it easier to troubleshoot and solve the problem.
  4. The positioning adopts visual image positioning, and adjusting the box shape only requires setting three positions, which is simpler and more convenient.
  5. The leather cover paper can run up to one meter, using two methods of servo push down and suction down for more precise feeding. When the inner lining is attached by suction down, scratches can be avoided and it can be operated in pieces.
  6. Servo conveying can set the workstation according to the length of the paper, increasing the output size.
  7. There are two methods for forming parts: changing the blade and not changing the blade, which are different from adjusting the machine speed and the height of the box.
  8. The maximum height of the non replacement blade box is 130mm, while the height of the replacement blade box is 150mm. The speed can be optionally affected.
  9. The production is in a box holding mode to avoid scratches and abrasions on the surface paper
