INTRODUCTION & TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION
The machine is specially designed for supporting the production of eco-friendly paper bags, it can produce flat handle efficiently and past it to the bags by manual. This machine uses 4 rolls of narrow-width kraft paper as raw material, gradually formed by a flat rope mold transmission system to complete the production of flat ropes and flat handles to form a flat handle.
- This machine is easy to operate, can stably produce 230-300 pcs/min.
- The flat rope handle is formed at one time, no need to produce the paper ropes separately, thus can greatly reduce the material and labor costs.
- This machine can be eguipped with automatic watering glue function and assembly line, which replaces the traditional way of gluing the handles by manual, thus greatly reducing labor and glue costs, speeding up the production speed, can help complete the customer’s large-scale orders.
