• Die-cutting roller adopts high quality steel materials, 30mm thickness, balance correction, hard-chrome plating.
• Wallboard adopts high quality cast iron material of 50mm thickness.
• The auto repairing mechanism of soft roller can improve the repetitive-use rate, can repair within 3-4 times.
• The auto compensation of linear speed is designed to ensure the same die-cutting size of each batch of cartons.
• Adopts imported polyurethane Uniflair rubber pad with easy installation.
• During the operation, the die-cutting roller can transversely move left and right (40mm), to ensure die-cutting in different position every time & to improve the use rate of the rubber pad.
