INTRODUCTION & TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION

Automatic paper feeding and gluing machine uses manual transportation of external stickers to the gluing area for gluing. After gluing, the paper is scraped into the conveyor belt of the assembly line by a copper blade for later use.

1. Adjustable gluing roller to evenly apply glue on the surface of the paper
2. The conveying and suction device ensures smooth and non skewed paper conveying
3. Circulating glue water tank with indirect heating and temperature control system to ensure glue viscosity
4. Set variable heating time to improve production efficiency. The circulating cleaning system can complete machine cleaning within 2 minutes, which is extremely convenient
5. Variable frequency speed regulation, which can be controlled based on the proficiency of production workers (4 frequency converters)
