This machine adopts computer control, ultrasonic photoelectric tracking system, rewinding tension control by asynchronous servo motor through PLC touch screen to achieve automatic tension control. The unwinding tension is controlled by magnetic powder and automatic tension. Rewinding adopts air shaft.
The inverter controls the working speed of the whole machine, equipped with automatic meter device, automatic coil diameter calculation and display, coil diameter setting automatic stop and other functions. The utility model has the advantages of smooth incision, neat winding end face, convenient subsequent processing, etc.
